WOODS HOLE INN
 RENOVATIONS AND EXPANSION: 2008-2012
 

K+K Architects provided design services for the renovation of the Woods Hole Inn since it came under new ownership in 2008. The extensive renovations and expansions have restored the traditional aesthetic of this 1870s era building while providing modern updates to the building systems and décor. The renovation also provided the Inn the opportunity to 'go green' by re-using building materials and integrating sustainable materials into the new construction. Phase Three of the renovation concluded in the spring of 2012 with five new guest rooms, featuring water views, private decks, and the incorporation of eco-friendly design elements.
