WEST TISBURY TOWN HALL
The existing West Tisbury Town Hall is a three-story Victorian style timber-framed structure built in 1858 as the first schoolhouse on the island. Renovations and an addition include completely new ADA compliant entrances, rest rooms and an elevator. All other components and systems in the building are new, with only the exterior envelope remaining. The project uses the latest sustainable products and systems, and major emphasis was placed on energy efficient design. The project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
